Trojan horse: A Trojan horse, or simply Trojan, is a program designed to be placed on a personal computer for the program writer's purposes. The Trojan may appear to be a useful utility or game. Upon installation of the "innocent" file the Trojan is secretly installed as well.

virus: A malicious computer program designed to spread and replicate online without assistance.

vishing: Using the telephone, or a combination of phone and emails, to try and scam people into giving out personal information.

zombie: A personal computer that has been hijacked by a hacker. Zombies are often used to spread spam, including child pornography spam.
